is 4cm long for a chin?

I was measuring my chin to philtrum ratio and my chin is 4cm long

my philtrum is 1cm exactly so my ratio is 1:4 which can only be wrong no?

i measured irl in fornt of a mirror i mustve done somethign wrong

A 5cm + chin is considered tall

Ideally your chin to philtrum ratio should be 2.25 but it can go above too without affecting muh harmony
And yes you measured it wrong

i went from nose end to lip top; and lip end to chin end

Yes it's how its measured maybe you did slight comprehensive mistakes
Few mm's create huge difference
I have 4.8 cm long chin , i measured my chin like 5-6 times and then came out with this avg

i must've read the philtrum measurement wrong its 15mm which makes more sense because it looks long

chin is 4cm still, so 1:2.67

Depends on your philtrum but 1:4 is quite high.

Anyway, it’s better to have a shorter philtrum than a long one.

I have a 2cm dogmaxx philtrum but fortunately my philtrum is 4,5cm so that brings it to a 1:2,25 ratio which is quite good.
