so, three ways this happens.

1. appetite suppression, as you said.

2. it affects dopamine, which stops hgh from being released.

3. it MAY slow down growth of cartilage tissue

these effects are reversible when the medication is stopped, and the most important one is 1. if you take it and force yourself to eat right, youll be fine

Ive been taking ritalin since i was 10-12 and im 6’9” so I doubt it
