Eyelash maxing or orbital box osteotomy. Your choice

I wish I can get obo

Most of the cases involve ipd but the orbital shape can also be altered with this i think

can custom orbital implants make them look more compact??
Infraorbital rim implant would sufficient for lack of good under eye support, but you are not actually changing its shape

IOR Implants or other implants, fillers/fat grafts

Lateral orbital osteotomies, MSE and LeForts which reach up to the Infras
Implants and fillers arent actually changing its shape.

And l dont think doctors would just give you lateral orbital osteotomies or Modified Leforts in LF3 area just for cosmetic reasons.

He asked what changes orbital shape, he didnt specify whether bone or actualy shapes from outside perspective.
I mentioned a range of procedures, doesnt matter to me if you cant get the lateral orbital osteotomies because that was not the question

No. Your orbitals are shaping in the womb
