I’m 20 and just got some guy asking to see my ID cause he thought I was 15

That’s not good but at least smooth skin is a pro

When you are a 6'2 NFL player you do tend to be very happy and smile a lot hence the permanent crows feet. I dont have any wrinkles but thats because I am an emotionless rotter who hasnt over used his facial muscles. Over using facial expressions is one factor in the development of wrinkles

All in all depends how severe the acne is if u have a lot of acne it’s worse
