It fucks up my sleep even if I drink it first thing in the morning at 5am. When I cut caffeine, after aobut 4 days I sleep so much better and also require less sleep. I can get up after 5 hours feeling fully energized and refreshed

Not to mention the amount of shit they put inside drinks like monster energy ect

why even no caffeine ?
 
It fucks up my sleep even if I drink it first thing in the morning at 5am. When I cut caffeine, after aobut 4 days I sleep so much better and also require less sleep. I can get up after 5 hours feeling fully energized and refreshed

Not to mention the amount of shit they put inside drinks like monster energy ect
if you struggle to sleep, you can artificially induce a blood sugar spike and cause yourself to get drowsy and tired by just eating some white bread, it takes a while though, like it spikes up first and then plummets.


when you get tired after eating a huge meal it's due to this and you can use it to your advantage.

no shit, can be easily mitigated by adequate water and electrolyte consumption

if it's disrupting your sleep just get sunlight early in the day and exercise and take a melotonin tablet if u need it tbh

Skin still feels dry and tingly after drinking water to compensate for the drying out effects caffeine causes

the first few days were miserable, had a headache for a few days straight when I quit cold turkey.

the way I work out makes it irrelevant whether I'm tired or not, I only do a few sets an hour with massive rest times spread over the entire evening.

Know any more caffeine effects on collagen? I'm trying to keep to 2-3 coffees a day. I have a sugar problem, which is expected when doing high intensity cardio and now swimming on a weekly basis whilst having to dedicate living in shit circumstances.

Interesting, since caffeine requires me less sleep in short term evenings but huge compensating debt in the week later via extra hours/ oversleeping. You guys might need to try specialist coffee, not the energy drink shit.

Much more convenient, I just check the boxes at the end of each day

Why don’t u try spamming YouTube shorts too, some content is insanely low effort yet gets heaps of views
No money in shorts and it fucks up your long from content.

The majority of creators on the YT sub and discord regret posting shorts and have said it fucks up your entire channel with the algorithm
