Lack of sleep

What are the biggest consequences of chronic lack of sleep at 23. I’m talking about sleeping 4-6 hours every night. I also use snus (nicotine) and stress a lot.

it really depends on your genetics most of people at work or uni back in the days had a really shit sleep they were going to bed at like 3-4 in the morning and getting up at 8.And they were looking fine.I have a really shit sleep and im not aging that well .

It is all about sleep quality. Six hours of good sleep every night is enough
