Legs and shoulders/back with only dumbbels

I'm too social phobic to go to the gym, can I grow my legs and back/shoulders using only heavy dumbbells? Let me know please

goblet squats, overhead presses, floor presses, bend-over rows.

You can easily grow your shoulders with only dumbbells, back is also pretty easy but not as shoulders and there are a lot of great machines you won’t be able to use for back and legs are more of a problem but it’s still definitely possible
