Spend money on on a custom wrapround jaw implant, it also has chin in it, and to add refinement get fillers for 5k on top of that. The implant surgery is like 15k

But people here dont like implants, and many say: dont put implants on a recessed jaw/chin.

Oh my fucking god this is the most suicide-inducing thing I've ever seen especially since I am considering doing this operation. Fuck makes me so angry - he spent thousands and the effect is negligible. Don't they do a morph of you with the MM advancement beforehand??

Also in image 1, he's tilting his head down so the effects of the surgery are probably less pronounced than the images make it out to be.
