lower teeth crowding not allowing proper bite and in turn recessing my jaw posture

whenever I jut my teeth to where they are supposed to be if my lower teeth weren't crowded my side profile looks increasingly better - one of my lower teeth are literally on a straight angle not allowing for me to push my teeth any further forward
