Lower third & lips surgery

I lost 10kg, now all people tell me that I looked much better bloated and now have a very thin and narrow face. At the moment i have a big beard, that is hiding my subhumanity (no jaw and a very weak chin).

One day i want to shave my beard and look normal or maybe average, so i am ready to do some lower third surgeries. However, I am overwhelmed which would be best for me. Lefort 1, chin wing, invisalign braces, fillers, Lyophilised cartilage or implants. My teeth situation is also not good, i have an overbite, my upper jaw teeth are standing strong forward and lower ones are crooked because of too little space. That my lips have to be scaled down with a little surgery is already clear, and planed for july. Can you give me any tips?

gotta admit it's little retarded that you gave only frontal pics in the bloated stage and only side/sidish profile pics in the "subhuman" stage where you don't really look lean too... so I dunno bro
