his diet and his training style/frequency is 100% dogshit. probably most of his forms are dogshit too, his picture of his own body is delusional and he has a never ending seek for validation cuz hes most likely very troubled in the head and upkeeps this semi-fake NT image

I am doinh 5/3/1 which focuses on arms a lot more imo

do you understand that 5/3/1 is designed for advanced trainers not someone who has been lifting for less than year? You can progress faster with programs designed for anyone else than advanced trainers tbh

So I looked into this stuff and... All revolving around only deadlift, squat, bench and overheadpress? So basically a fully powerlifting oriented program.

Powerlifting programs are dogshit because they are too minimalistic, calves are gonna lag, bis, forearms, neck... Many muscles need to be isolated.

It has multiple variations, some are for begginers and others for advanced. Im running triumvirate one
