Minimizing bad habits to looksmax?

I'm talking like:
- Improving the diet like less processed stuff and more water
- Getting more/better sleep with a better sleeping posture
- Abstaining from masturbation
- Being more active physically (not neccessary proper sports)
- Working on the posture when walking/standing/sitting and just sitting less
- Bonus points if you're fat - not being overweight
- Maybe touching/irritating the face/hair less
- Playing less video games and trying to be more productive/social

Am I fair to assume that the above would at least help an average guy to be slightly better? I'm talking improvements in mental health, maybe skin quality/slightly frame and height whatnot

Or is it all a cope?

I'm aware genetically gifted people perhaps don't require all that minor crap but what about us "inferior" scrubs lol. Maybe like a 0.5 Psl improvement or is this all a fantasy. The way I see it it would help to maximize whatever potential, not necessarily creating something out of thin air
 
yes it works but it sums up to reducing cortisol, not eating like shit and drinking water and working out
thats all u have to do
