I am currently 18 been failing nofap since 14 but I truly believed myself that I am not going to give up to this day. I told myself: “I will do nofap until the day I die”. My previous streak was 28 days (from 8 months ago) and it worked!!

So what does PMO have to do with hairloss?

As a male has its peak release his prolactin/DHT levels skyrocket which causes a series of early onset male pattern baldness. When these hormones rise testosterone levels drop significantly. Along with high levels of E2 coming in play is a dangerous game when it comes to achieving aesthetic looks both facially and physically.

We should all abstain from this activity when we are growing teenagers.


Testosterone is what makes you look like a gymmaxed masc/prettyboy

DHT is what makes you have a gyno dad bod masc/ogre.

I have noticed on my tiktok account where I post a lot of gym content in the past I was getting a lot of male attention but now I get plenty of female validation and hit ups.

What else also played a role?

By having a balanced diet + lean bulking I managed to give my body the essential macros and micronutrients it needs. Before I was dirty bulking with little to no protein and huge amounts of carbs/fats.

Drinking at least 4 litres of water a day is important too.

Here are my macros:

-140g protein
-160g carbs
-80g fat

(I weigh 70kg) (5’8)

Supplements I take (Daily)

-Multivitamin (Wellhim) (Includes 15 mg zinc and 120 mg magnesium for testosterone)
- 7,500 IU vitamin D
- 150 mcg vitamin K2
- 6 mg boron

Get plenty of sleep too (6 hours minimum if you struggle and go college/uni) I go college and struggle to get 8 hours of sleep and function perfect but I guess everyone is different…
My special morning shot:

A blend in 330 ml pomegranate juice, 1000 mg ginger, 500 mg turmeric (yes it’s shit), 1200 mg ashwaghandha, 800 mg tribulus, 3g creatine (I also take 3g before I work out so that is 6g daily),


Also a bonus:

A special oil that I use: (Biotin oil)

Biotin helps in strengthening roots and hair shafts and promotes longer, thicker hair growth. Biotin also stimulates the scalp to promote healthy hair growth. How do I use it?

I rub it then I apply to scalp and hair, then gently massage and comb through strands, leave on and style as desired.

You had a prolactin problem. No fap might have fixed it, for those who don’t have excess prolactin no fap will probably do nothing

All my mates have thick wrists. I have been gymaxing for the past 1.5 years yet barely no progress.

I should honestly get a bloodwork done.

Isn't that like 600 ml of milk a day and below the RV? If so I doubt it will change much (not like there's guarantee of it working even by consuming 1500 mg ca)

I have a pancake in the morning which is 3 eggs, 250 ml pancake and 80g flour.

Also before I workout I take this protein shake that actually has 300 mg of clacium like I’m not even joking.

I've seen enough 15-18 dudes irl who took gym and eating more seriously and went from skinny af framecels to a pretty decent level, and some of them to a top tier natty body. Their wrists appeared way thicker too, it could be puberty but I'm sure eating more and moving weight helps. And your lack of results is probably because you are starving, maybe you feel like you eat a lot but if you measured you would realize it's most likely below even 2500 daily cals

your hair is still shite mate, we can see balding spots through your comb over, best to shave it off and get a hair system ASAP. youre 18? my hair looked similar at that age i had more density but my temples were far receded. you current hairs look very thin anyways, you must hatcope right? its best to get a hair system and not spend your prime years 18-25 trying to grow your hair with esoteric methods that dont work. unfortunately lost grounds are very hard to regain.

Thank you for those informations bro, also do you think that biotin oil could grow eyelashes and eyebrows on it's own ? And is it a good idea to take it orally i've seen people thinking castor oil orally and had results i wonder if the same can happen with biotin oil. Thank you

I personally never tried it on eyelashes or eyebrows only hair. Yes orally (castor oil) is perfect works either way as applying it on your scalp it helped a lot and made a big difference.

Biotin oil and castor oil seem to work at the same level both are great.

I have a big nose and lips if I were to shave my head off. My head would look massive also my hairline is pretty shiite too. So I might as well get the best hair treatment.

I don’t wear hats I just wear hooded up hoodies, coats or jackets jfl.
