Anyone who is interested in this and recessed,first go for MSE,it will widen upper jaw including mouth.Be careful if you widen your mouth and go for MSE you will most likely end up like that woman with carved mouth from japanese urban legend

i switch to 12cm, and still no gains (only 2 weeks though). last year i got 1 cm in 2 months.

it geniunely works btw. from 5 to 5,6 in 1,5 month. my mouth looks like i got corner lip lift.

I tried to upload on a 3d printing site and it fails
they said its because the mesh has defects

your mouth is probably used to the stretch so needs more time imo
