Looks like you have bad posture/anterior pelvic tilt. That contributes to making you look skinny fat as well because it protrudes your abdomen.

Sorry bro that’s tough but yeah your posture sucks and make sure you eat enough protein. If I were you I would work on lean bulking and just making sure you get enough protein. Diet is 80%

2. rest well.
3. eat enough proteine
4. Keep zinc at good levels,becaue it's needed for muscle growth (fapping depletes zinc for like 4-5 hours, so no fapping after training for like 10 hours, nor 5 hours before training.)
