My facial bloat went away

After my Eastern Europe trip. It looks like the way it was at 10% bf (now I have approximately 13%), still not in the 6% bf optimal state, but it looks much better than before Christmas.

Things I primarily did were : 1. Watermaxxing 2. No fap and 3. Constant facial exercises since August. I don't know which was the determinant factor, but I'll continue doing all of them. If my face keeps looking this way or even becomes leaner, than it'll be proven that my ways work.

I've always heard that proper swallowing technique stops using the muscles in your cheeks, causing them to atrophy and making your cheeks tighter. Facial exercises does the opposite of that? I'm confused

Girls there are much more friendly and receptive than western bitches. They tend to be willing to make out but dicking them down is another story.

Seriously if you go on some pussy hunt in nightclubs, you pay let's say 15€ entrance, another 15€ for drinks for yourself and bitches there, 5€ for petrol / parking, not calculating the grooming / clothes, that doesn't guarantee you any success. You probably dick down one chick after 4-5 clubbing per month, and she's probably only average looking and bad in bed. You had success once and gained some ego boost, that's all. In the long run it's just not worthwhile. Unless you're chad who can regularly get prime stacys.
