No. Chico , delon , Meeks all have narrow nose to mouth . Delon has a very small nose so his lips look wider but they’re below avg width

Well yes. It doesn’t matter for Meeks as his lips are bigger even though the nose mouth ratio is low. Salludon also has a low nose to mouth. Whites may need a wider mouth as they have Anus lips
