My hard flaccid/ED is starting to improve

When it started I lost an inch in length and my width was noticeably worse. Had trouble maintaining it would watching extreme porn. No morning wood or strong sex drive.

Still not cured my erection quality is worse. But I have morning wood again. Its less swollen and I can get hard again normally. Hoping I will fully recover people on reddit said it can take 5 months to get fully back to normal.

How I did it:
Pelvic floor stretches look it up.
Fasted once a week.
Jerked off once a week max.
Cold showers or running every morning to increase blood flow through my body.

Biggest advice is when you notice the turtling stop jerking off. It gets worse every time you jerk off and needs to heal. If you tug on your dick for hours this can happen. But from what I've read its nearly never permanent. Also getting my hormones checked but I would say its 50% better after 1 month of less jerking off and stretches/exercising. Still getting my test levels checked to see if they are low results should come back in a few weeks

Went from no erections unless I took viagra or watched porn for 10 minutes to getting morning wood and I can get hard if I think about women again. Erection quality is somewhat better and my foreskin is less swollen
@justinzayn gave me the hope that it was not over and helped me find reddit posts to fix it. thanks man

If this happens don't get depressed or freak out 95% of the time you can recover

Will be going to SEA when its fully healed. Also you feel like shit when your dick shrinks an inch and doesn't work

Not sure stuck between the Philippines and Thailand. If I get more money maybe Japan but I could stay 4X longer in SEA since its cheaper.

Bandage. If you need to take ED meds under 40 there is something wrong with you. Also my issue wasn't completely ED my dick literally shrunk. It was as if the blood flow was broken and it filled up only 50-70%

Yeah ig if your doing a marthon with a bunch of girls. But under normal circumstances if you don't jerk off for 4 days you should be able to get rock hard if you are with any decent looking girl

Its not always hormones. If the blood flow does not work it can be related to pelvic floor or the there is something preventing blood from properly filling it

I'm starting Mechanical + Chemical Penis Enlargement in 2023 to go from 6.7 x 5.7 to 10 x 7 inches!

I also have ED probably due to my severe Peyronie but I will try the Pelvic Floor Stretching, see what happens... Will report back whatever the results be.

Surgeries are a last resort man they often fail. Trying stretching first. If your 6 inches thats fucking plenty not worth the risk.

No surgery lol I would only do a surgery if it was for life or death situations...

I plan on continuing the exercises I once did, but now to never stop again: Jelqing + Clamping + Levels (Mechanical) and Caverject/Alprostadil to induce Priapism + I read curvatures can be fixing by increasing local Prostaglandin Levels: now I just need to discover HIW I do that...

I talk about it in the open: I have a calcified Peyronie plaque that is larger than a grain of rice, it is set deep into the Corpus Cavernosum, almost glued to the cartilage, which causes the curvature to be very accentuated...

I tried to break the plaque down by squeezing/massaging it but the results were minimal, I can also feel pressure and discomfort on my nerves when I do that...

It is so curved that I guess I could gain +1/2 inch in length only by fixing it (as well as some midshaft girth).

Hmmm I thought I had peyronies at first but I actually had hard flaccid.


there is a peyronies subreddit too. Any idea how you could have gotten it?

I always had it as far as I know, noticed my dick is bent to the left since I had my first boner so I guess I was born with it... Time only made it worse even if the curvature didn't increase because the plaque can get harder/more calcified...

I also have Infant Torticollis that caused a lot of positional asymmetries in my face, skull and body, including Scoliosis and Dowager's Hump, so they may be connected... I don't know, still researching it.

Yeah I got mine from porn and overdoing it. I also think it may have been a med I took but who knows. So your issue is probably different to mine I would guess but here is the subreddit anyways. I would still advise doing the stretches and running/cold water blood flow is the main issue for a lot of people

Fix it lol. Cold water like an ice bath or shower causes blood to be pumped all over the body. So it increases blood circulation so does cardio like running.

Stretching the pelvic floor can relieve pressure that causes weaker blood flow too.

I'm going to get some Caverject, 5h/day, induced, +100% erections 6x/week, all while clamping... Very legit but also very dangerous, but I'm also not a rookie: been doing PE, on-off, for 8 years now 😇

Got some protocols from guys doing it...

Better to fix the cause of clenching in the long run its not good to be constantly tightening your pelvic muscles
