Really, even at your front palate/incisors? It looks like you have some sort of lip incompetence which would be caused by your front teeth being in a suboptimal position but without pics it's hard to say.

I'm very skeptical your teeth are all straight, especially if you had molar extractions. Just because your palate is wide doesn't mean your teeth are straight.
