Narrow clavicles or just look narrow as i’m 6’1 tall?

I measured my bideltoid width and thats 21 inches

Just feel as if im starting to get body dysmorphia over potentially looking narrow and if i gain even more muscle i might just unfortunately develop that blocky look - even if i dont train abs or obliques

Fyi my hips are unfortunately on the wide side too - specifically my gluteus medius

Weight is 200lbs sitting anywhere from 15-20 percent bodyfat i would guess
