next time i go to the dentist should i ask these questions?

ok first thing my braces are off so i dont see orthodontist anymore but i still have these metal wires in my mouth like behind my two front teeth and behind some of my lower teeth sohuld i ask about removing those and also if he mentions taking out my wisdom teeth sohuld i mention if theres a way to make mouth bigger so they fit
