But gig-fapping is even the most worse for Zinc levels.
And Zinc levels is massively important. For nice hair, and nails. And for muscle growth!

Yes.
But zinc takes alot moretime to recover for the body. Whereas plenty oher don't. Like testosteron levels, go up pretty quickly compared to Zinc.
I can't find the study anymore, But I think to remember that Zinc stays at low(er) elevels for like 8 haours after ejactulation. So besides getting overall defencency in that. A dude ejeculating like 2-3 times per day, is basically always running on low Zinc.
Which fucks up stuff.

My general opinion, on not ejeculation:
* If you aren't an excessive ejeculator and/or fapper. Or a porn addict. Then likely doing nofap will not have significant/noteworthy postive effects.

What I thought to be overall Bullshit claims I heard in nofap:
* super powers;
* becoming a pussy magnet
* increasing iq with 25 points
* re-use of nutrients in sperm recycling or whatever (overall false, only true as excessive ejeculator cause deficiencies in stuff like Zinc)
* clear mind.

I never read anything related to that, So I can't say anything about that. I know zinc is related to hair, nails and so on. But skin I dunno.
Although a quick google search made pop up this about low zinc levels and skin (acne).

Interesting, I masturbate1 time a day, but take a zinc supplement every day before sleep. And I still have an acne. Once was on 5.5 nofap streak and don't remember that I had major improvement of my skin. Maybe I should go for nofap again, but fapping in the morning kind of helps me to remain concentrated and not to be distracted by pervert thoughts.

Nofap is a meme

Did it for 4 months when i was studycelling and it made me more focused on homework but it didnt make me more social or anything else

Nofap is only legit if u wanna work harder, because you will have more discipline

I never fap now anyway cuz im never horny cuz of medication.
