Perfect combination for recessed maxilla and jaw

Bad news guys
I realized that not only my jaw is recessed but also my maxilla feelsbadman.jpg
At first I did not notice it because my subhuman jaw made it even look ok
I did some research and came to the conclusion
that Lefort 1/ or 2 idk + BSSO+ genioplasty would be the best course of action for me.

I am right or is there a better combination for a subhuman jaw and a recessed maxilla
because if I would get a bimax then my midface would become subhuman?

Lefort 1 or 2? or a modification of them?

Did someone have done something similar? for example like @Dude420 ?
