Rate me before extreme bloat and after. Any big difference?

So I ordered 3 kfc bucket and added a bunch of sodium and also added sugary drinks and a lot of sauces which also contain sodium FYI. So I did that for my experiment. To see if I am perma bloated or nah. Did something change in my appearance? Here are some pics. Also rate both situations.
