Skincare Routine

[DREAMER2001]

Consulted a derma and started a real skincare routine yesterday.

1. Gutathoine IV 5000 mg. The first dose was on 25 November 2023 and the subsequent doses on 10-day intervals. Currently, I have planned 10 sessions total.
2. Acne Buster program 3 times in 21 days intervals which include:-
i. Chemical Peel
ii. Removal of white/blackheads
iii. Red light therapy
iv. High-frequency therapy
v. Face pack.
3. AM skincare:-
i. La Roche-Posay Cleanser
ii. Cerva Ve Moisturizer
iii. SunCross Sunscreen
4. PM skincare:-
i. Ahaglow S Salicylic acid with Glycolic acid Foeamin Face Wash
ii. CeraVe Moisturizer
iii. Tacrolimus Ointment 0.1% for my seborrheic dermatitis
iv. Tretinoin Gel 0.05% on my acne/blackhead/whitehead breakouts
v. Castor Oil on eyebrows

Attached is my starting image.

Will continue this routine for 4 months and see if it makes any difference.

Also planning a periorbital fat graft in the coming summer.

AM:• Cetaphil - gentle cleanser or just splash face with water• La roche posay - 10% vit c serum• The ordinary - moisturizer• Sunscreen

PM:• Go-to skincare - Oil cleanser• Cetaphil - gentle cleanser• Software skincare - Tretinoin 0.1% from skinorac + Niacinamide 5% in a Hyaluronic Acid base AA cream (4 x week)• The ordinary - moisturizer• The ordinary - Salicylic Acid 2% Masque
