Body:

If you have money do Hydro Facial.
Also use red light on your face for 20 minutes every day on 660nm

Yes we do this why black people have discoloration on skin cause tons of sun exposure

try minoxidill + dermarolling for your eyebrows first

and dermarolling for stretchmarks
