Some coping retards say NNN is a pointless Internet trend that’s bad for men’s health. They cite muh studies and say muh ejaculating lowers your risk of prostate cancer bro.
So not ejaculating may increase your risk of prostate cancer? If you think that’s important, why don’t you stop drinking alcohol? Why don’t you stop smoking weed? Why don’t you quit vaping? Why don’t you stop eating fast food? Hmm? Why? You see, no one actually decides whether or not to fap based on prostate cancer risk studies. If they did, these same people would also abstain from drugs, alcohol, and unhealthy food.
“Ejaculating is good for your health bro” is a cope. And it misses the point of No-Nut November. The purpose of the month-long challenge is about self-discipline and willpower. Think about it: if you can’t stop masturbating for only 30 days in your life, what else can you do? Everyone should have enough self-control to abstain from jacking off for just 1 month.
Not jacking off for one-twelfth of a year is as basic as self-discipline gets. It’s easier than adhering to a fitness training regimen, it’s easier than getting a PhD, and it’s easier than starting and running businesses. How can one expect to accomplish anything substantial in their life if they can’t even not beat their meat for 30 days?
Winning NNN proves to yourself that you have what it takes to control your behavior and not succumb to your primitive urges. Maybe some of you guys think NNN is pointless, but tell me—are you ABLE to complete it? Lots of people who say NNN is pointless would fail it if they tried it.
