yeah smoking is cool, no two ways about that
its a ritualistic action, such as coffee and nicotine upon waking
alcohol + nicotine isn't bad but easy to go overboard and cause yourself to vomit

idk I used to smoke unfiltered cigs and got up to half a pack - a pack a day depending on stress. started spitting up black tar the first year, lungs when to shit, and overall I felt / looked horrible because of them.
once I switched to a vape, my health was night and day.
give me chinese metals, its better than american poison.

yeah I felt better. so tar in the lungs is obviously from smoking cigarettes, but if you don't *stop* introducing that tar, no amount of exercise is going to help clear the lungs of whatevers in it.

I've been vaping for almost 3 years now? something like that, and overall my health feels leagues above what it was. able to avg. a 160 heart rate and sustain that pace for an hour.

overall though, its BETTER to NEVER start in the first place.
@One Rep Max is right, just stick to nicotine gum, zyn, whatever the fuck gets the job done, but don't partake in the first place
