I have suffered from trichotillomania since i was 8.
Trichotillomania is a mental condition/(tick?) in which one pulls his own hair out of anxiety or for other reasons.
When it started i had bald patches at the age of 9 years but as i grew i have been doing it less everytime. (i have long curly hair so it doesnt seem like i got bald spots anymore)
Anyone got any tips for medication or for anxiety control?

If you pull your hair instead of cutting them, doesn't that mean they will not grow back again in that spot?

I have truly mastered the technique so i don't pull the follicle out. Which means it grows back perfectly just a little bit curly. Thats how i changed from having straight to curly hair.
