Yeah I have done lookmaxxes for a while now such as mewing that I have done for years, squinting, ice hooding and some smaller ones,. I have never really done a hardmax before.

Either masseter reduction or mandible/gonion shaving. Lower third too bulkyI have around 100k to use on surgery. I’m thinking of doing something for my nose and maybe something to help my side profile or some under eye support.
