Yes the pb you will never get LF3

Maybe you can do bimax+ cheek implant

Chin wing to lower gonial angle, but i think your fine without it

Maybe andresheiv will do LF2 on you, if its not thé case go for bimax+cheek implant cuz your midface is top recessed

He changed your browridge too it seems, a LeFort 3 would not affect your browridge at all.

What does chin wing do ?

Chin Wing can lower the gonial angle and add projection to the chin.
