Is it hormones test levels genetics ? Ive seen some people who dont workout eat like shit and always had six pack and were lean.And the other hand people who do the same dont workout eat like shit and are skinny fat.

When I eat close to 0 carbs I'm skinny lean, when I eat carbs I slowly become skinnyfat.

Damn nice bro. Ig my forearms finally grew after years of training they literally only grew these weeks. Idk I have more control over my lats but my shoulders seem the same. But most importantly I think I got a bit leaner. But nothing crazy tbh I don’t even feel the emotional sides. Like I had to do a blood test to confirm my shit wasn’t bunk bc I was genuinely concerned
 
genetics but you can fix it by gaining muscle mass and then cutting

All these things signal high testosterone which is why women are attracted to these features.
 
I think activity level is the biggest thing. Even if it's just moving around the house, some people literally sit in a gaming chair 12 hours a day

Many different traits, but you can control most of them if you try hard enough.

Hormones and metabolism are the biggest factors.
