Will my clavicles grow if I've stopped growing vertically?

I'm turning 18 in a week, I think I've stopped growing in height around 16.5, 17 (I got my facial hair pretty early, idk if that's corrolated), but I got a bit wider over the past year (I've barely been working out my delts).

Can I still get wider?

yes, clavicles are supposed to have growth plates that close amongst the very last, around 23 - 25

but I would not expect much growth during those later years 20 - 25, I didn't see much

in theory, you could run some kind of a peptide igf1 increasing cycle to attempt to boost any of the remaining growth left

Upper body exercises, and probably most of all ones that load laterally, like the reeves deadlift, might have an effect
