Back in august I got into self improvement more seriously after a 90 pound weight loss. I looked much better not being obese but was still a total slob with bad skin, hair, and skinny fat with no muscle. These are raw photos no editing/lighting tricks. Pics are very embarrassing but here goes

Still ugly but I’m much more satisfied with my appearance now compared to half a year ago. Long way to go but I can see the vision. What I did:
Began lifting 6 days a week and eating high protein diet. Began a skincare routine including cleanser moisturizer Tretinoin and sunscreen. Began applying minoxidil to my eyebrows twice daily so I could grow some fucking eyebrows. Got contact lenses so I don’t have to wear incel glasses. Started taking a few supplements: creatine, D3 and K2, omega 3s. Whitened my teeth (not pictured)
I don’t need a rating but didn’t know where else to post.
