I think he means to stop putting so much emphasis on being short and using your height as an important variable when thinking about pretty much anything related to yourself. I am short myself but the only time I'v felt genuinely disadvantaged by my height was when boxing haha but that is just a fact of the sport. Other than finding goot boxing techniques and strategies for my height it rarely crosses my mind as a topic of inquiry
