Last year i used to lift a lot, benched like 140kg for 1 rep, and also run around 25km in the mountains, all this at 10% bf. One time a wolf was chasing me but i was able to outrun him till he lost me.

All of that did absolutely nothing for my sex appeal. My oneitis didnt give a shit abot the fact i had twice her frame or that i was assertive with her. The other girls didnt give a shit either.

Face is literally everything. If they dont like your face then there is nothing you can do to turn t around. Women dont literally give a shit about your muscles or how athletic you are, i have won a bunch of races and im completely invisible.

I rly have pushed myself to the limit, it doesnt work, nothing works in fact. Im a psl4 at best irl and thats on a good day. even ltbs wont take me, actually not even 1s and 0s find me attractive. Its over.

if you are ugly and want to attract random women on the streets and online you need plastic surgery.
If you have a social circle in the fitness world, participate in groups, etc., you may be able to find a woman who is interested in you even if you are ugly, I've seen this happen.
