1) Diet maxing( no salt, healthy fat, proteines and eat enough carbs with lot of vegatables, drink at least 3L of water
2) exercice and be active
3) multivitamin + vitamin c maxing
4) sleep on your back and clean your nose
5) the morning apply ice pack on your face to debloat it
+ Bonus, did you notice that my hair are thicker smother and darker? 2 times a week doing a bath oil( with colza oil, argan oil and olive oil) apply it the evening on your hair and sleep like that and the morning wash your hair with shampoo and conditionner.
