Im pretty sure if you get damon braces and you say you have sleep apnea, TMJD and airway problems that he will most likely NOT recess your face into oblivion and actually looksmax you into a normal bite, wether you have deepbite, overbite, underbite, ect. Although I think you're able to discuss what hes about to do to your face with the ortho himself

Barret got extractions, to my understanding you dont loose the alveolar Bone. But i dont have experience with it
