since im on pct now, bouta go to the gym reguarly




anyone know any good routines for nattys?
 
Pretty sure 3x per week full body is the best for nattys. And focus on lots of compounds and getting stronger. Not that you'll get stronger on pct.

If @Deltoid was still around he would have a good routine

im natty and i think laid's program(6 days a week PPL) is very good, or what @jefferson said
 
Ice cream fitness 5x5.
 
Fap with right arm 3 day /week
Fap with left arm 3 day /week
 
Jerk off 5x a day

Left and right arms

And for legs ? just shove your feet into a Stacy to get huge tree trunk
