if ur underbite is severe u might have to get a big surgery but if its minor i think orthodontics treaments for a few years can help

If you just want to soft max, the only thing you can do is hard mew, and thumb pull, many people see these as cope, but if your soft maxing you have no other choice, you might see better results since your 14 though. I doubt a surgeon will work on you until youve finished puberty.
