I'm thinking of ways to correct my subhuman teeth. I think braces will do the job, but i don't want my subhuman teeth to become even more subhuman. I saw some posts online claiming that braces will ruin my face and will make my teeth look worse by tilting them inward and pulling them backward. How true is this? For example, see the image attached to this thread and tell me if my teeth are a little bit crooked but in straight position (pointing downward, not outward or inward), will braces tilt them inward, ruining my simle. Also, if an accident happens, is there a way to move the teeth outward and forward? For example, can palate expanders be used to reverse any potential retraction caused by braces?
