In 1935 Polish marshall and chief of state Jozef Pilsudski died. He and the Germans had a good relationship of mutual respect. Hitler even attended his funeral and was reportedly sad of his death. He was followed as the marshal of Polish army by a fellow named Edward Rydz-Smigly. This man was a warmonger and had an offensive attitude toward Germany, german minorities in Poland started to be treated like second class citizens and there were even organized attacks toward them. Rydz-Smigly received assurances after Munich conference in which England and France promised they would come to Polands aid if Germany attacked them, this of course caused Poland to continue their barking.
Germany announced to brits before the war, that the situation had become intolerable and once they attacked, of course France and England did not help. France had superior numerical advantage in Germany's border at that time (like 3 to 1) and they did small scale invasion known as Saar offensive where few hundred lives were lost, just to say to the poles that they had helped, but it didn't count for anything. Now let me say that Germany used to have a semi good relationship with Britain before Churchill. Hitler was perhaps trying to get as much as he could get from the previous PM Chamberlain, but it was all respectful and things could be resolved with talk + Germany had no demands toward the west.
Now let's get to Churchill, the warmonger. If there's a lot of you Indian bhais here still, you might know that he starved millions of Indians when he could've prevented it. Germany sued for peace after they had taken Poland, and after they had even taken France, saying they were willing to give up most of the territorities they had conquered and they had no demands to Britain. Churchill would not listen. The sentiment in UK started to turn against the war, because Germany did not want to bomb London, to destroy Britain. They wanted peace at this point and were willing to give up France, Benelux etc. even while they were clearly winning. So Churchill started bombing German civilian centers, which is a war crime. At this point Germany had sued for peace at least a dozen times with very beneficial terms for UK. So there was one final appeal to reason, a leaflet exposing the truth to British citizens before Germany begun the battle of Britain.
At this point the so called ''Final solution'' and murder of jews had not taken place. There was a program in Germany called Haarava agreement. Essentially Germans allowed jews to transfer their assets to Palestine, but as a kind of an exit tax, they wanted the jews to buy German made goods with their money to build their life in Palestine, instead of those made by Brits and Americans. At least 60 000 jews moved to Palestine from Germany, and not that many lived in Germany at this point, most jews winding up in concentration camps were from Eastern Europe. UK blocked this migration from Germany to Palestine after the war. A second plan was to move the jews to Madagascar. Madagascar was a vichy french territory, meaning it wouldn't pose a problem. Until UK invaded Madagascar and this plan had to be scrapped.
UK purposefully left these jews under the reign of a regime that did not want them and had very hostile relationship with the jews of the world since they came to power.
Now let's get to another thing. Germanys invasion of the neutral European countries. Yes, Germany invaded Denmark and Norway, but have you thought why was it? Why would they stretch their already dwindling army even thinner? Because Churchill was going to attack Norway and Sweden to secure the Swedish Iron ore deposits and the Norwegian heavy water. This is all readable from the wikipedia, UK's plan R4 was already in preparation when Germany invaded the Nordics. Then UK invaded Iceland, and that is why Iceland and UK have had a generally bad relationship ever since. The balkans were secured, because UK would've used those as a base to attack Germany and it's allies.
And lastly, I don't want to make this post too long as 90% of you didn't read this long anyway, but Germans did not hate everyone non-German. German army in WW2 was the MOST MULTICULTURAL ARMY IN HISTORY. Indians, arabs, blacks, chinese, azeris, balkanis, nordics fighting side by side. Yes, it was understood that we're different, but not that someone was more superior than the others.

This is a quote from Olympics official website: ''It was not lost on Owens that in many ways, he was treated better by the supremacists of Nazi Germany – who allowed him to stay in the same hotel and mix with other athletes – than he was back in racially-segregated America.''
