Just looking for some honest ratings and what surgeries/other looksmaxing methods u recommend, im 18 and 6'4'' 160lbs. already bulking, have braces and will get surgery to correct my overbite and fucked up lower third in general (gonna try to convince my surgeon to just do double jaw + chin as well)
