genioplasty fixes chin height doesn’t it? that’s what’s letting me down

my jaw is forward grown but lacks angularity.

i would say jaw is a bigger falio, harder to fix

i just need genioplasty i believe but jaw surgery wouldn’t be a bad idea either.

If you want your jaw/chin area to be longer, chin wing osteotomy is king. If only your chin is small, genioplasty or implant. Sliding genioplasties are normally done for more forward projection though, not sure how good it is for height.

Yeah the projection isn’t very good but it isn’t recessed. I would say I could do with both honestly,

my jaw also lacks angularity, my head is square, but my maxillia is forward grown so i doubt i need anything done to it
