ive never seen anyone post results here before/after RLT.

i really need the collagen boost, my skin is still recovering after a harsh chemical peel i did. Its gotten better the past month using Centella daily.

Yeah it's legit if you believe studies. How much of an actual appearance boost you're gonna get is a bit of a different story though. In that regard I suppose it's a bit like weightlifting. You don't really notice it's working there and then until you look at pictures months if not years apart.

Did RLT for 10min every day for 2 months and I feel like it slightly helped for collagen. Don't have before and afters though and could also be due to other things I did change(skincare, diet,...). Also I feel like my face got too lean(maybe RLT burns some fat pads as I saw in another thread).

It's decent, some overpriced jewish options though.
Just go for a chink mixed RLT (6xx & 8xx nm) product and keep it closer to compensate for lower wattage.
