so as many of you will know I suffer from pretty bad bloat which is one of my main failos
so this is my plan, I have 2 weeks to lose a shit ton of weight
so for now while I am at school I cant just skip breaksfast as mom makes it for me in the morning, so for now i will have to just lower calories at Dinner or at Lunch
so here is my calories required for extreme weightloss with moderate exercise
and here is what I have eaten so far
so i have around 1300 max to eat next
so I will also need to exercise so I will run and cycle and walk a lot tbh
