Need Help asap. Orthodnotists pressuring me to get two bottom teeth wisdom removed

My ortho said if I want my lower teeth straightened, I need to remove wisdoms. I said that this will make my jaw more shitty and it will make my face deformed. She then said you are not a specialist, how do you know bla bla bla. Anyways she also suggested premolars if i don't want wisdom tooth extraction. Bascially shitty advice. What should I do now? This is my shitty ass jaw (sorry for the blurry pics but you kinda get the idea of my jaw):

ur Jaw is above average ur face seems to be very short and compact though, if It is gonna make ur face worse then don't get them removed, ofc face>>teeth so.

Yes 100%. Yes your lower jaw can get more recessed due to extraction. Because the bone which was used by the tooth gets in time absorbed and pushes so the lower jaw back what is a looksmin (and a health risk too). You have a chad jaw already dont risk this!

Because you already have such a wide jaw I assume you dont have any crowding just teeth that arent straight. In this case I assume an invaselign treatment would help (without removing any teeth).

Whats ur age? Depending on your age you can try to get IMDO which widens the jaw and thus makes more space for teeth.

How fucked are your bottom teeth? I wouldn't remove my wisdom teeth unless they were hurting like crazy and it was basically the only solution.

the worries ur having are that when u extract a wisdom tooth, the section of the jaw where the tooth was extracted begins to remodel itself to adapt to the change which can change ur jaw shape

but if u put a bone graft after extraction, there is no major adaptations that need to be done, since the bone is still there

Too late my parents said they won't finance me on this. They keep gaslighting me saying that back in there days people with no teeth were getting laid. I only have money saved for the actual machine.
