No it's not

Those 4 names I mentioned became obese.

Like buttfuck morbidly obese.

You can get a bit of a tummy when you turn 45 but you still need to be eating your fruits and veggies and taking it easy on the cakes and booze.

Nutrition is giga important at any age.

Genetics definitely help but just buy eating well and eating less will do wonders if you were originally a chad/Stacy.

Diet is only cope if your aim is to grow even taller after 20. No amount of raw meat or bull’s testicles will deossify your bones and make you taller.

However diet is everything and is of paramount importance in other aspects.
Hair, collagen, sexual health, skin and looksmaxing, aging.

Eating in a caloric deficit is important to reduce aging from now on.
