What percentile physique should you have? (relative to other guys in area)

For example a rough should I physique mog 9/10 guys in school/uni or 19/20?
I used to body mog AT LEAST 29/30 in my final year in HS but now that ive moved to uni its 9/10 and my physique vanity has fallen off the charts especally because I am 177.5cm with 20+ year olds and blatant roiders it makes me wanna kms.
What a good mogging range I should try and achieve?
