i eat 2-3 once a week in the morning for maximum benefits, anything more is overkill and will just make u sick from eating eggs all the time

BUT breakfeast is bad if ur height maxxing just remember that . i only really each a huge piece of meat for dinner and nothing else for the rest of the day
